The Problem
Today, teachers in schools write lesson plans independently before each lesson.
The problem of the method:
• Gaps in content and pace of studies
Each teacher teaches the content of the lesson in a different way and this creates a gap and a lack of uniformity and coordination.

• Inaccessibility
There are only a few websites that allow retrieving lesson plans, they are also very cumbersome and unclear, they hardly have relevant content and still make the teacher work very hard.

• Difficulty in training new teachers
Every teacher who comes to the school is educated by the subject coordinator on how to teach the lessons. There is no uniform process for inducting new teachers, and the process requires a lot of time and investment.

Design Process
In order to deeply understand the conduct of teachers in school teams,
the main troubling problems and the main needs, I conducted a study.
the main troubling problems and the main needs, I conducted a study.
The main personas
Benny, biology team coordinator
Danielle, biology teacher
Benny guides the team on how to manage the course of the lessons, how to divide the topics, the contents, and create a uniform rate of progress in all classes.
Builds the lesson plans independently and often works with pen and paper, booklets and books, and sometimes with presentations, which she prepares herself or finds on the Internet.
His Goals
• Lesson plans accessible to teachers.
• Access the study materials so the subjects will be taught at a uniform pace and in a uniform manner.
• Professional dialogue will take place on an ongoing basis and not just once every two weeks, in team meetings.
• Preservation of knowledge for the benefit of senior teachers, and also for quick inducting new teachers into the team.

Her Goals
• Conducting a collaborative dialogue with the team and learning from conversations that took place in the past on the lesson plans.
The quotes that emerged from the conversation with them
"I want my team to deliver the lesson plans at a pace and in a uniform manner"
"I would like the professional discourse to take place on an ongoing basis and not just once a fortnight, in team meetings"
"Despite my professional experience, before every lesson, I plan the course and its content"
"We lack an accessible platform to manage all educational content"
The main needs that emerged from the research
The Solution
A social network for teachers in middle schools, which enables sharing and retrieving lesson plans in major subjects, while managing a dialogue between teachers in the team.
The design challenges
1. Creating a clear and intuitive filter system
I researched the curriculum on the website of the Ministry of Education and divided it into categories so that the filtering would be as accurate as possible and create order and convenient retrieval.
The main page - Find a lesson plan by using the filter system.
The filter system
I discovered that creating a filter system for all study content is a complex process. Each lesson is classified under many categories. I researched the curriculum and divided it into categories so that retrieval would be easy, convenient, and accurate for the user.
2. A system that will look "non-technological" and complicated, but professional and reliable
• Use of one leading color - purple, and shades of gray, black and white accompany the rest of the system.
• Creating clear icons for efficient orientation.

3. The system as an added value, a new way to optimize the study of the subject materials
First Part - teaching, presenting for each subject.
Second Part - practice, working individually and in pairs, and as a whole class.
Third Part - enriching activities, videos, games, experiments, and more.

Learning a lesson plan and discussing it with colleagues
Each teacher in the team teaches in a different method, and this may lead to different gaps.
My goal was to create a system that would take all the students through a similar learning journey and help the teachers to create uniformity in the pace and teaching methods.

Writing a new lesson plan
Adjusting the writing of the lesson plan to viewing the lesson plan to create an organized interface and uniform study methods, to make the system similar to the behaviors of filling in and viewing forms that those users are already familiar with.
The user knows at the end of the process of writing a lesson plan how it will look after saving.

Achievements
• Retrieving lesson plans easily and quickly and transferring content in a convenient way.
• Management and organization of all lesson plans in one platform.
• Alignment per content - All teachers shall educate with a similar syllabus to allow the students to adjust the pace and follow-up.
• Providing methods for the proper management of the parts of the lessons for the classrooms.
